Kickstarter Campaign - Backer Policy

Somndus Interactive is preparing a crowdfunding campaign for Dragon Uprising Online on Kickstarter. The following policies apply to all backers.

Payment & Charges

Payments are processed by Kickstarter at the end of the campaign, only if the funding goal is reached. No charge is made before the campaign ends.

Refund Policy

In accordance with Kickstarter's terms of service, pledges are generally non-refundable once the campaign has successfully ended and funds have been collected. If exceptional circumstances arise, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting us at studio@somndus.com.

Cancellation Policy

Backers may cancel or modify their pledge at any time before the campaign ends via their Kickstarter account. Once the campaign has ended and funds have been collected, cancellations are no longer possible.

Digital Rewards Delivery

All rewards are digital (game copy, soundtrack, artbook, wallpapers, etc.) and will be delivered after the campaign ends, according to the estimated delivery dates stated on the Kickstarter campaign page. No physical goods are sold.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a pledge or reward, backers are encouraged to contact us first at studio@somndus.com. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with French law and under the jurisdiction of French courts.

Applicable Law

This website is subject to French law. Any dispute relating to its use shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
